Single application is £200 all in, £250 for a couple.
Should a guarantor be required an additional £100 will be charged

The Application Process
- Contact us to arrange a viewing.
- Complete the application form.
- We do the referencing.
- Arrange a move in date.
- Move in, complete tenancy agreement, standing order form, pay deposit and first months rent.

Viewing properties = £0 fee
Applying to rent a property = £200 fee (single application) or £250 fee (couple).
That’s it unless you require a guarantor then this will incur an additional one off charge of £100. This will be discussed with you before you apply so that you can decide if you wish to proceed before any money is exchanged.
We like to thoroughly clean our properties between tenancies so should you wish to keep a pet at the property (subject to the landlords agreement) then we will insist on a pet fee charged at £75 per pet (again a one off payment). If you don’t have pets then this charge will not apply. We may also charge a higher deposit.
Move In = £0 fee plus the first months rent (which you would need to pay anyway)
Check out fee and new Landlord reference when required: £60
FYI a deposit will also be required on move in. This isn’t a fee and the amount will vary depending on the property. It is usually just over the monthly rental value. The deposit will be lodged with the Deposit Protection Service for the duration of the tenancy in accordance with legal regulations.
Once You’ve Moved In
We pride ourselves on our after move in service for tenants. Whilst we will expect you to keep to your obligations such as paying your rent on time, we also stick to our promises.
