Start up fee for full management: £400 (inclusive of management fee for first month). For properties over £800pcm we charge at 50% of the first months rent (which is inclusive of the management fee for the first month).

General COSTS of letting:
Gas checks (legal requirement): Around £60 (required every 12 months).
Inventory (do not rent your property without one): FREE with our fully managed service, £250 with our Let Only service (if requested).
EPC (required to market your property): Around £50 (last 10 years).
Floorplan (optional but recommended): £50 (helps rent your property, lasts forever unless you change the property layout).
Legionella assessment (required in certain circumstances, best practice to check): £30 (will check at the start of each tenancy).
Lodging of Deposit with scheme (required): FREE with our fully managed service, £45 each time with the Let Only service.
